1. General Conduct
We ask all visitors to treat fellow guests and staff with respect. Antisocial behaviour, including aggressive or discriminatory language, will not be tolerated. Management reserves the right to refuse service or request departure from the premises in such cases.
2. Families and Children
We welcome families and strive to create a welcoming environment for children:
Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.
We offer child-friendly menu options and high chairs, subject to availability.
Please be mindful of other guests when children are playing or moving about the premises.
3. Dogs and Pets
Well-behaved dogs are warmly welcomed in designated areas of the pub:
Dogs must remain on leads at all times and under control of their owners.
Water bowls are available upon request.
We ask owners to clean up after their pets and consider others dining nearby.
4. Accessibility
We are committed to accessibility and aim to make our venue welcoming to all guests:
Step-free access is available at the main entrance.
An accessible toilet is located on the ground floor.
If you require additional support or assistance, please speak to a member of our team—we’re happy to help.
5. Food Allergies and Dietary Requirements
We take food safety seriously:
Please inform a member of staff of any allergies or intolerances before placing your order.
While we take every precaution to avoid cross-contamination, all food is prepared in a shared kitchen environment and traces may remain.
A full allergen list is available upon request.
6. Bookings and Cancellations
We accept reservations by phone, online, or in person.
For group bookings or special occasions, advance notice is recommended.
We appreciate cancellation notices at your earliest convenience to help us manage seating availability.
7. Lost Property
Items left on the premises will be held for up to 14 days. Please contact us promptly if you believe you’ve left something behind.
8. Amendments
These Terms of Service may be updated from time to time. The most current version will always be available on request at the bar or via our website.
