Terms of Service

1. General Conduct

• Guests are expected to treat staff, other patrons, and the premises with respect.
• Aggressive, disruptive, or inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in refusal of service or removal from the premises.

2. Food & Drink

• We serve food and drink to guests aged 18+ for alcohol, in line with UK licensing laws.
• Allergies or dietary requirements should be communicated to staff before ordering. While we take care, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.
• Outside food and drink are not permitted unless by prior arrangement (e.g. birthday cakes).

3. Bookings & Cancellations

• Table bookings are recommended for large groups, especially during peak times.
• For event or group bookings, cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance.

4. Pet Policy

• Well-behaved dogs are welcome in designated areas. Please keep dogs on leads and clean up after them.

5. Children

• Children are welcome under supervision of a responsible adult at all times.
• Please keep children seated and mindful of other guests to ensure everyone enjoys their visit.

6. Use of Facilities

• Pub facilities, including the garden and event spaces, are for customer use only.
• Any damage to property may result in charges for repair or cleaning.

7. Events & Entertainment

• Guests attending live events or entertainment are expected to be courteous and follow staff guidance.
• Event bookings may require deposits and are subject to cancellation policies.

8. Privacy & Safety

• CCTV may be in operation for the safety of our guests and staff.
• We respect customer privacy and only collect information as required for bookings or communication.
